How to Add a Load to an Active Season Ticket
Updated June 2026
A Season Ticket covers multiple loads of the same waste type between the same parties. Once you have an active ticket, recording each collection is quick — just add a load with the date, quantity, and vehicle details.
Season Tickets vs Individual WTNs — Quick Recap
Individual WTN
- One note per collection
- Good for one-off or irregular jobs
- Different waste types per collection
Season Ticket
- One ticket, many loads
- Same waste type, same parties
- Valid for up to 12 months
- Each load recorded separately
If you do not have a season ticket set up yet, see Article 03 — How to Create a Season Ticket first.

Things to Know
Backdating loads
You can backdate loads to any date within the season ticket's validity period. Use the date picker on the load form. Loads cannot be dated outside the ticket's start and end dates.
Vehicle registration
Recording the vehicle registration for each load is best practice and may be required depending on your permit conditions. WasteBolt can suggest registrations from your pick lists.
Closing a ticket
When a season ticket expires or you no longer need it, close it from the ticket detail screen. Closed tickets are archived and remain searchable; you cannot add new loads to a closed ticket.
Editing or deleting loads
Any load can be edited or deleted from the Load History tab. Changes update the ticket totals instantly.
