Two Ways to Import
Manual upload or fully automatic. Your choice.
Upload CSV
Drag & drop your weighbridge CSV export. Supports Globeweigh, Avery Weigh-Tronix, Mettler Toledo, Rice Lake — or any generic CSV. WasteBolt reads headers automatically.
Map Columns
Point each column at the right field — Company Name, Vehicle Reg, Net Weight, Ticket ID, Date In/Out, Product Code, and more. See real sample values from your data while you map. Save the mapping as a reusable template.
Review & Import
Preview every mapped row before committing. Edit individual records inline, deselect bad rows, select all valid — then import the batch to staging. Records await review before converting to WTNs.
Column Mapping
Map once. Import forever.
Every weighbridge exports columns in a different order. WasteBolt shows you sample values from your actual CSV so you can see exactly what each column contains — then drag-assign them to the right WasteBolt field. Save it as a template and never map again.

Import Templates
Auto-fill WTN details using matching rules.
Templates aren't just column maps — they're smart auto-fill rules. Define conditions based on company name, product code, or haulier, and WasteBolt automatically fills in the producer, carrier, consignee, and waste details for every matching load.

Smart matching rules
Set conditions using Company Name, Haulier, Product Name, or Product Code with operators: equals, contains, starts with, ends with. All rules must match (AND logic).
Three producer/carrier source options
Use your own company profile, select from your pick-list of customers, or enter a manual override — for producer, carrier, and consignee independently.
Link to a Season Ticket
Set template type to "Docket" and link a Season Ticket ID. Every matching load becomes a docket under that season ticket — producer, carrier, consignee, and waste details all inherited automatically.
Priority ordering
When multiple templates could match a record, WasteBolt applies the highest-priority template. You control the order.
Review & Approve
Review every record before it becomes a WTN.
All imports land in staging first. Review the full batch, edit any row inline, and selectively approve — so no bad data ever reaches your WTN records.
- View every mapped field before committing
- Edit any field inline — fix a typo or update a weight
- Approve individual records or the entire batch in one click
- Filter by batch name, status, or date
- Template auto-matching shown per record — see which template was applied
- Import approved records → instantly creates WTNs or Dockets
